  • Yes, absolutely! Most couples have their ceremony and reception here at Brannan’s Barn but occasionally couples opt to have their ceremony at another location and their reception at Brannan’s Barn.

  • Inside seating capacity is about 100 people. If utilizing the outside there is a possibility of 200+

  • Please refer to my availability page here .

  • To make sure someone is available when you’re on site you will need to schedule a tour. Please do not just drop by.

  • Lodging is about 3-4 miles from the venue and is also listed on my Vendor Recommendation list.

  • No, the planning is up to you and your coordinator. Brannan’s Barn interior space will not accommodate more than 100 people. If additional space is needed you may consider renting a tent.

  • For a one day event you may access the property between 7 & 8AM and must vacate the property no later than 10PM

  • All guests, vendors and property must be removed no later than 10 PM. the day of event.

  • Yes,

    • There is no parking or driving under the lights.

    • DJ must be housed inside the venue.

Booking FAQs

  • Send an email with your requested date included. To secure a specific date you are required to complete the contract (bride and groom both must sign) and submit a security deposit.

  • Security deposit is required to reserve the date.

    Half of the balance is due no later than 6 months before your secured date.

    Balance is due 3 months before your wedding date.

    You may pay in smaller increments just as long as the payments match the due dates listed above.

  • 9:30 PM to allow time for packing up/clean up.

  • Only if it is the day of your event.

  • Yes, candles are allowed.

  • Set up can begin as early as 8AM and clean-up must be completed by 10PM.
