Sitting in my home looking back at the barn that wasn’t “really” being used for anything…as far as I was concerned. I had a vision of making it a venue for weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, graduation parties, etc. that would supplement our income when we retire. Then, one day my husband decided to make it happen. That’s how my dream became a reality. I hope others will also be able to make their dreams come true by celebrating their special day at Brannan’s Barn.

Brannan’s Barn opened as an event and wedding venue January 2020 in Jacksonville Florida. The barn is a hidden gem tucked away behind a neighborhood.

Our beautiful barn is surrounded by 10 acres with plenty of parking and room for outdoor activities. This space is a perfect place to share your special day.

Includes furnished Groom’s Room and elegantly chic Bridal Lounge for the bride and her bridal party to be pampered as they watch guests arrive from the large picture window located upstairs.

Also included are round tables and white slatted chairs, central heat and air, fully equipped kitchen with two inside bathrooms. Too many extras to mention. This is a must see to truly appreciate.
